Legit Check on Jordan 11 Concords with tagged pics

Hello,
            I received these these from a seller who claimed them to be Deadstock. Well, now that I have them, it turns out that they were "tried on, never worn" deadstock. Well, theres signs of wear, based on the dirt on the soles and slight creasing on the heel. Well, since this guy already lied to me on this matter and shipped in a damn paper bag, destroying the box,  I need to have them checked to see if they are truly authentic. 

Also, do you think I can open a case to get back 10-20% of my original purchase price as these aren't a deadstock pair. Instead, a used pair with a damaged box and one missing plastic shoe insert (the blue plastic inserts that are in most 11's).
