The nike logo on the tongue is uneven. Is this factory flaw or something? Is this legit or nah

It could be a factory flaw.
Upload more photos of the shoe to be better authenticated. These seem a bit too good to be fakes in my opinion. The wings logo is nicely embossed. I don't have this shoe, but the leather looks good in my opinion. Swoosh looks right. Shape looks ok, but I need better pictures to be sure.

These are authentic. The tongue tag is a Nike factory flaw.
Shape is good. Leather is correct, fakes really don't get it right. Wings logo is nicely embossed, the embossing on fakes is usually not great. Swoosh shape is good. Lace bag is correct.
