Legit Check on some 09 DS Space Jams

Hate to even bring this up right now with all the other "new" pairs floating around.. found guy on Craigslist trying to sell some DS Space Jams. http://phoenix.craigslist.org/evl/clo/3772732128.html

They look a little to clean and the soles don't seem to have any yellowing.. I'm thinking to stay clear, but figured I would get a few other opinions..
