Check to make sure u have the TWENTYTHIRTEEN written on tongue. That tongue looks a little suspect.

Yup def. legit pair. Don't worry bout the paint job. Quality wasn't the greatest with these Vs. They really cut corners. I have noticeable scuffs on my toe boxes and poorly sown on where the sock liner meets the outside of the shoe to the point that the under material sticks out. Picked them up at Champs by the way. Nike gave me 15% next purchase and free express shipping

Yup def legit. I just checked the production dates on my FNL pair and they are 6/12/13 - 8/27/13 which i cant see ur second production date but being ur first date is only 1 day after mine. id def say these are all the way 100%
