The IVs pictured are real.
However, I'm sure I don't need to tell you to ask for paper tagged pics -that hardly looks like a seller's pic to me, more like a random pic found on Tumblr/Flickr or one of the forums. For obvious reasons, if that's the only pic you can get, then steer clear.

They are in fact legit but like FirePower said make sure to get actual pics that are tagged to ensure you dont get scammed

they seem real but getting only one pic is always a risk also they seem photoshopped and you should get them tagged and dated
