Stop calling this the Drought series. This is the Drought Is Over Series. The Drought mixtapes (Drought 1, 2, 3 = new original material) The Drought Is Overmixtapes=leaked songs that didnt make the Carter 3. The majority of these songs are on the internet and the ones I dont recognize on the tracklist are justleaked songs that they changed.

it came out when the carter was origionally suppose to drop. The carter got pushed back and changed(remember that "get something" song. they evenhad a video for it) well when it got pushed back he went and redid the carter. and he changed the songs.(i think a lot of them either had sqadup features or hewas shouting sqadup out) either way to tide over till it came out he dropped the drought and the prefix mixtape.......many people never mention the prefix.good thing he redid some of the material for the carter cause i liked it. many people always slept on wayne but wayne was killin it back then. i been a waynefan since i first heard him on run 4 it on 400 degreez. On another note go get them sqad up mixtapes he did....rengade freestyle,ether freestyle....that multitrack freestyle....and who can forget that best of me freestyle are some classics. i like dedication 1 and 2 but those sq mixtapes have been gettin play sincelike 01 or 02 or when ever they dropped i 4got

Yea I was listenin to Da Drought the otha day for the first time, an the songs "Ain't That a !*%$@" and "Who Wanna" off Carter 1 and 2are off that mixtape.
