I was paying that with a ROOMATE in a basement suite when I was 17.

I feel ya dude..... havin my own place is a NEED. right now im working over seas so to pay $1000+/month rent when I'm there 1 month of the year is a wasteof 11k. therefore the 1 month i'm at home i camp out at my moms pad and its a step down in life.

but yes, cherish it now.....focus on having a great place when you are ready

lets see barely working right now, i dipped into my savings when i was unemployed. i have school loans, bills, i assume i need at least $1000 amonth for rent and bills alone

My year lease is done so next month, it's jumping from $940 to $959

Bills suck, but my place is exactly how I want it to be sothere's no point getting sad about paying rent and living by yourself. I would'nt trade it for anything

stay there. My ex Boyfriend moved out his moms crib he only paid 200 a month, but now he lives alone with a roommate and is struggling week by week.. I hategoing over there now, but if he's over his parents house, i'll be there in a jippy. His Dad is a chef ftw!
