So that's going to change the argument how? If a suspension involving "scientific" evidence regarding the deflating of footballs had enough evidence to keep the suspension, I dont see how this gets overturned.

Brady's situation was unprecedented plus if I remember correctly league couldn't get anyone to actually participate against brady AND that went in their favor because they have that power
Technically the league is acting like any employer where they deem the employee to be adversely effecting the business.. they set the standard, so guilt in a legal sense don't mean squat
But having brady exhaust all those appeals simplifies what can be done legally.. Zeke and his attorneys will have to find something new if they expect to last as long as brady did
