He signed with their practice squad instead of ours. Dude couldn't ever remember the play book, terrible in pass blocking and kinda just seemed to be going through the motions even when running. He kinda seemed like an entitled player coming in who didn't realize he was actually going to have to fight for a spot on a team. Got his feelings hurt by Koetter cause he kept missing blocks and getting yelled at so he signed with a team that'll be closer to home for him.

I now can remember back to when the Vikings drafted Minnesota Gophers LB Nate Tripplett in the 5th round and cut him before the season. Not a good look for the Bucs or McNichols obviously.

Yeah I'm not quite sure why they'd make that the opening night game when the Falcons are actually on their schedule at home in Week 7. That game would have made a hell of a lot more sense. But the Chiefs are a really good team and Tyreek Hill is exciting enough that once he gets the ball in his hands anything can happen.
