What's going on NT Fam,
Recently I found out that the apartment I'm renting is actually in foreclosure, so I'm looking to rent another apartment in South Beach. Other than going through craigslist and other real estate agents, I was wondering if anyone knew of any owners/landlords renting apartments? I would prefer keeping my move in costs as low as possible hence my preference to not go through a real estate agent.
