Pictures of everything... I mean everything and anything before moving in.

You might get hustled by for the deposit so make sure you know exactly what it will take to get it back or not

Try to get EVERYTHING thats wrong fixed BEFORE moving in cause ones your in they might not want to fix chit

NEVER TRUST THE LANDLORD

Good advice in here so far.Check the water pressure and AC/Heat. If you see anything that needs to be repaired, make sure that it is in writing before you sign the lease.
