Louis Vuitton Damier Graphite Belt Authentic?

Got this off ebay..
Said it was 100% Authentic.. has 100% feedback (28 only)

It's just the packaging thats really bothering me..

I thought the Dustbags had drawstrings..

Belt doesn't look bad really..

LV buckle seems a little too close to the end of the belt.

Also seems as if there are little bubbles on the edge of the belt.

He had a picture of the receipt with the belt... looked pretty legit.

Can you guys help me out and tell me if i bought a fakey? 

Im not really an expert
