@ the 16th minute is when people begin to hate, after such popularity.

each progressive minute after the 15th-16th, the hatred & tiredness of your style from the public worsens, to the point where you're a has-been.

after, lupe speaks of the 7th & 11th minute, & seconds of your fame timeline, when you were still hot & buzzin'.

while i'm not well-versed in lupe's career (so chill, hardcores) examples of his word play can be used in his career:

seconds = when he began to rhyme, w/ no pressure or expectations, having big dreams of making it big.

7th minute = his popular mixtapes

11th minute = guest verse on kanye's graduation.

... something like that.
