Foggy definitely has his own insecurity issues as a lawyer. He made that clear with the whole there are some things Matt does better than me thing he said to Karen but I think putting that aside keep in mind Foggy didn't want this case. He didn't even want to defend Frank and take the case away from that public defender.

So when you're in a situation where your partner and assistant (or w/e Karen was/is) basically overrules you and convinces you to do it you're gonna be extremely pissed off when they leave you with all the work to do or don't even prep with you for the entire case.

As for Matt, I dunno. Being a lawyer is what he is If anything it'd be cool if he was one of those specialized lawyers so good they only get hired for special cases and by the richest clients. Problem is there he'd have to actually do work and he's not good at that.

Can't see him being a P.I. I mean remember it's a blind P.I. Who gonna take his cases? Going off the JJ series a lot of that involves using a camera for surveillance. He can't do that. Sure he can tell if ya spouse is cheating by smelling the other person's fragrance on them but he has no way of proving it other than very complex or convoluted exposition and explaining.

I suppose looking at it from the perspective of "I didn't even want this case" I can't see why he wouldn't be so naggy about it all. I just would have thought after steppin' up once would have him smellin' himself a lil bit. Especially after his opening statement. Thought he would have told Matt his services were no longer needed and stood by it. I get it, just don't like how he handled it

Pretty much. Don't remember what episode, but he outright tells Matt that "YOU wanted this case!" Matt and Karen forced it, when Foggy was ready to wash his hands of the situation. Then he ends up carrying the brunt of the weight. No one is going to be happy in such a situation, especially when it only gets worse with crap like Matt showing up late to court.

Elektra is awesome so far. She was foul for that mansion incident though. Would watch a mini-series of hers, maybe 4-6 episodes.

I mean, Matt Murdock himself hasn't experienced supernatural stuff like that in person (besides his radar vision).  It's probably a shock-disbelief thing since he isn't actually accustomed to it, so I can see why he wouldn't believe it.

Doesn't fly for me. If the Avengers and an alien invasion weren't well-known quantities in this world then sure, but they are. In comparison, a band of evil ninja's doesn't seem that serious.

Really? Were you not just attacked by some highly skilled fighters, who could cloak their movements from your heightened senses and ended up slashing your girlfriend to pieces like half an hour ago? Didn't you say you burnt a guy to death only to have him show up just fine, with no visible strain on his movements, which isn't possible within the span of a few months? Son sit your *** down You yourself are a freak of nature, there are multiple others with more amazing abilities than you, your mentor defies logic in how skilled he is for a blind man, at his age. That reminds me, when Frank shot him in the first ep I couldn't figure out whether or not he actually was trying to kill him and "missed" but after that convo on the roof realized Frank spared his life and tried to warn em. Still upset Frank ain't wash DD like a pair of old gym socks
