whoever picked the music for that trailer deserves a raise, went hand in hand with the footage

I cannot wait!

That Luke Cage trailer has me hype. I read each ep will feature & be titled from a Gang Starr song. :smokin

This might be the best Netflix/Marvel series yet.

Love seeing Frankie Faison in there...

Gonna have to be a real good story since he's bulletproof and will barely be challenged physically.

They really did a great job it seems of meshing different eras of Harlem and NYC on general together.

Cuz it aint like that on the reg in 2016.

Real good job it seems off that trailer. Can't wait.

word, dude is boring to me. but given netflix's track record so far I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt

Jessica Jones put him in a coma with that shotgun blast to the skull though. He's gotta avoid that.

RUMOR: Marvel Is Reportedly Considering A WHITE TIGER TV Series For Netflix

According to Bleeding Cool's sources, Marvel has wrapped production on four pilot shorts which are to be put forward as possibilities for Netflix shows somewhere down the line.

Three remain a mystery, but one is apparently based around La Tigresa Blanca - the Angela Del Toro incarnation of the character, who was an ex-FBI agent and niece of the original White Tiger. Del Toro was eventually corrupted by The Hand is is currently a villain in the comics, so that arc could certainly make for intriguing television.

4 pilots? They're spoiling us. I hope they come out at a faster rate though. :eek :hat

White Tiger will probably expand the Defenders roster. I've got a feeling they're going to make a King Pin series. Maybe Moon Knight too. They could potentially be using Netflix for the more violent and/or supernatural characters like Ghost Rider, Blade/Nightstalkers, Darkhold/Victoria Montesi, or Morbius. (I still want those dudes on the big screen though.)

Ghost Riders already going to be on Agents of Shield.

Not sure they'd have the right to Morbius as that is probably part of the Spidey-verse and I know Sony is sharing but I think that might only apply on the big screen (could be wrong of course).

Moon Knight is a possibility.

Don't think they need a Kingpin series, we already know his origins and his stories can just further be moved by being the villain in the other series, he even progressed in his short stint in DD S2.

I know they already announced and committed to a Punisher series but I wouldn't be surprised if one of those shorts are for him.

I've read a lot of Daerdevil and have seen White Tiger in there before but nothing has really stood out to me that would make me thing this character needs its own TV show. Maybe introduce the character in Daredevil season 3 and in the Defenders and go from there first... Blade done right as a series could be a huge hit. Im sure at this point they could still get Wesley Snipes for the low lol

AFAIK, Robbie Reyes is going to be on AOS. They could still do a Johnny Blaze or Danny Ketch series.

I think Kingpin could still work. Just a season of him getting back to where he was before Daredevil stopped him. Like a Marvel Soprano's. It's a weird theory, but when I saw there was going to be a new Kingpin ongoing in the Marvel Now preview, I immediately thought they would double down on him on Netflix too.

I thought about Punisher, but then I thought they wouldn't keep it a secret if we already know it's getting a series and they announced White Tiger. It makes me think they're all new.

I know Robbie Reyes is the one AOS and I know they could still do Johnny Blaze but it seems a bit redundant at this point. Not saying it can't happen but I just don't think they'll invest much in doing practically the same characters in two different shows.

And I say no to Kingpin just because I think a 13-hour series on his rise back up might not interest many too much. Again his origins was already touched up on and he seems better suit to play a part in another series as a villain.

As for Punisher, all of these are rumors including White Tigers show so technically there might not be a secret to be kept at all :lol Punisher is still a possibility just because I think his waters still needs to be tested and a pilot is perfect for that, plus it's probably one of the first of the new slew of series' (if rumors are true) coming out so they need to show an episode to executives and investor to go through with the show.

Keep in mind that all these could change too, just look at the Mockingbird spin-off.

Don't really know anything about White Tiger, but the more shows Marvel puts out the better. :smokin

I still think Kingpin can work. They can easily give him an antagonist and adversary like Hitman for his Tony Soprano-like reemergence. It wouldn't have to be like his origin. Then they can use different villains for Punisher and Daredevil while building to either confrontation so they're not constantly dealing with Kingpin, which could get stale.

One of the pilots could still be Punisher, but when I read "possibilities", to me, it sounds like new pitches.

AOS is a throwaway show to me too. I don't watch it, but apparently they have Inhumans on there of no significance and there's still going to be an Inhumans movie. I feel like Robbie is on there so Blaze or Ketch could be on something solo or more significant. If they used that show for heavy hitters and more significant characters, I'd probably rule out Blaze or Ketch right away.
