MAX | Out Now |

HBO Max has almost all of the successful 90s Black sitcoms.

A Different World
Family Matters
The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air
Martin
Hangin' with Mr. Cooper
Living Single
The Wayans Bros.
The Parent 'Hood
In the House
The Jamie Foxx Show
Was noticing this the other day. HBO Max is 100% a better investment than Netflix and it’s been that way for over a year now. These mergers better not mess that up.

Can I ask a twitter vs NT question?

Is anybody that upset that Lovecraft Country got cancelled?

Because I am not

Lovecraft was cool but I wasn’t upset at the cancellation. Aside from the cast getting more high profile gigs I also think it was a casualty of the streaming era. These platforms have a couple tent pole franchises but what draws and keeps subscribers is new content. That’s why you see more and more mini series and 1-2 season shows.

I’m still arguing with people on reddit who think raised by wolves was the best show.

38 had a message. But not as hype as the Redeem Team Doc. Probably a case of the length and the talking heads they had (eg No D’Antoni, Melo, Stoudamire, opponents, etc).

 Never thought i'd say this, but Jamie Foxx show is a tough watch, it's so cheesy. At least the first season. I used to love the hell out of it as a kid and thought it was untouchable.
