Anyone who would give up a rent cotrolled apartment in New York City is a damn fool and is just saying stuff to say stuff.

I live in Los Angeles but have moms old apartment in Harlem in my name and its rent controlled. I rent it out to a Columbia student for slightly over double what the monthly rent is and if I ever want to move back the rent is more then affordable for a decent sized alartment.

But do you and your mom live in that apartment ? Oh

A lot of you criticizing NH's living situation need to see how people all over the world live like. People in Asia, Europe, Latin America, etc. have no issues about living with their FAMILY. They have better relationships with their families compared to 90% of white/ white washed Americans. Just look at how many people here abandon their parents and put them in those retirement homes. And FTR I don't live at home since my job is far from where my parents live, but I'd have no issue.

1) Why is this chick having kids when she knows she can't afford it. Probably my number one pet peeve. IF YOU CANT AFFORD KIDS, DONT HAVE THEM.

2) Why is she still a regular after 10 years? Should be a manager by now. Unless mentally ill everything she does now is probably muscle memory. Could run it by herself.

4) Why has she not explored alternatives with other establishments that pay higher wages? Example, in Dec i'll be making $14/hr. Im 19.

No specifics, but ultra chill call center.

Breaks whenever I want, can do whatever I want (bring a tv, laptop, im just going to study and 70% of the time I spend at work would've been spent in a library anyways), productivity just has to stay high which isn't difficult in the least bit.

It's just a filler for me though.. Gunning for this internship that's only available for juniors & seniors that usually hire everyone upon graduation. Im a sophomore.

ignorance is just typically a lack of exposure. If your exposed and still act ignorant then something may be wrong with you.

My issue with Ninjahood behaves as if he is some what better than people because he lives at home where the rent is controlled. Knowing that hes from a poorer country I'd hope he'd humble himself because there are a lot of ppl in the world who were just born into poverty and its unfair for you to think your better than them.
