my all time favorite mcdonald's item
whenever im in vegas i always make sure to hit up the Mcdonald's next to circus circus because they have it as a regular menu item,
might hold out till i go to vegas in december to have one. nothing like playing beer pong at O'Shea's till 3am, getting some drinks "for the road" and then getting a couple of mcribs
