I'm not even a conspiracy theorist, but I can see how they come out for this one. I mean, all of a sudden she's dancing and dressing a certain way, and boom her popularity rises tremendously, like skyrockets. That's wild considering all she's doing is twerking man
But then again, the society we live in at the moment stays making talentless people into superstars. I won't say that Miley is talentless, but the fact that she's blowing up because of a dance that I grew up with (No kidding, I was literally getting dubs in like the 7th grade by females way thicker than her and knew what they were doing.
