Monta Ellis's And 1 ME8 Samples in 2 colorways

So I've posted these in the And 1 thread, but I wanted them to get their own thread just to demonstrate how far And 1 has fallen from its glory years ofthe trash talk shirts and early mixtapes. I mean this is what they make now for their signature athletes. I'm fast, not as fast as Montaobviously, but even I am too fast for these no traction having +@% shoes. I was slipping and sliding all over the place, couldn't jump stop, couldn'tplant and change directions, couldn't play good d, couldn't jump, no pullup jumpers, I mean it's so bad it impact everything.

If they don't change the outsole prior to release, I guarantee Monta won't wear these or he won't be as good in them. Seriously. It's sad toobecause I used to love And 1; the lengths I would go to get some And 1 shorts. Now, only place to get And 1 stuff is off price stores like Marshalls and TJMaxx.

Dead. I don't know what they're thinking. Remember, they closed down their "upper division" line of sneaks so I guess we won't be seeingHarmonix or L2g (which to me feels kind of like Zoom Air) anymore. I'll email dude and ask him what, if anything, is in the cushioning. It didn't evenfeel like they had EVA in them, just totally unresponsive all around. I might even go as far as to say that if Monta really wears these the entire season, hewill hurt himself.

American Sporting Goods, the company who bought them, doesn't give a $!*$ about basketball and just wanted to focus on the mid price range market, and theyeven failed at that too.
