Idk man I just got W email from SNS and the charge is pending.
What I think happen was my bank allowed the purchase, and then asked me if its all good since its overseas

some banks will outright decline the charge and notify you with a fraud alert. and some banks will let the charge go thru and send you an alert saying a suspicious charge has been made and asks if you made it, which in that case still went thru so your win should be good. If you replied back to the bank notification saying you recognize the attempted charge and the bank replied back saying the charge was declined and to go ahead and try charging it again now, thats when its an L and SNS moves on
