no they don't they have close to the same amount as us. we have a S.T.A.R.T treaty with them which lets them come check out our missiles andwe check theirs.
And also Russia is still crappy after the fall of the soviet union, from everything to the weapons to the cars. they tried to sell most of the weapons toother countries.

Historically, the Germans have definitely had bigger contributions to humanity's technological advancements, but currently Japan > Germany.

If we're talking about cars though, then Germany > Japan, and possibly every except maybe Italy.

Are we just talking about cars? If so, you cant really say Germany > Japan because BMW > Honda or whatnot. Honda and BMW have very different philosophiesand target customers which varies depending on which country they are selling in. Honda, car companies in general, know their place (their markets). They knowthey cant fully compete on the luxury market with a BMW because that goes against their 'motto' of reliable and affordable cars. Or rather, there is nosense in competing on that level when they have the mid/low-range on lock. Any automaker can pretty much make a *insert best model car* but these companies aresmart and focus their capital and advertising in whats working for them.

But on an everyday life type deal, Japan > _____ .

Their cellphones work like a debit card for damn near everything. Metro, vending machines, etc.. And not to mention the Gundams
