Spinoff, been meaning to make this thread since Peanut's og is deep somewhere. I was just wondering if any NTers still play competitively Me and Peanut still go in. It would be nice to have a few more

I do, however, rarely online. pretty heavy on the offline scene here in the DMV. been to a few tournaments, placed 7th at Civil War.

I traded my copy in couple months back for SFxT

(should've kept MK9 instead. seeing how bad SFxT turned out i eventually traded in that sorry game for some cash) the only thing I don't like about it is the inputs for combos. you have to do the inputs real fast without any timing really since it stores a lot of inputs. also, did they fix the netcode for MK 9? cuz last time i played it online it was horrendous (worst than Marvel IMO

) speaking of which there's some MK 9 tournament action going on right now at CEO in Orlando. http://www.eventhubs.com/news/2012/...ream-ceo-2012-opening-ceremony-later-tonight/

I play and I'm part of a fighting game community here in the Bay except I'm 1 of 2 people that actually play MK. all the other dudes stay on VF, SG, SSF4, MvC3.

forever alone as well

i would play but online sucks really bad and everyone around here only plays umvc3 and ae2012.

Yeah online is difficult to play on but the servers have gotten better tho. if you are on PS3 add me

New Mortal Kombat Movie About…a Supermarket Employee
According to a report on movie site Bloody Disgusting, the upcoming Mortal Kombat film will follow the exploits of a "lowly unlucky supermarket employee".

"With Kevin Tancharoen still attached to direct from Oren Uziel's screenplay", the site writes, "we've exclusively discovered that the live-action reboot will follow a lowly unlucky supermarket employee who discovers that he has out of this world powers and must decide between good and evil, even though the evil side has helped him discover his true potential and who he really is."

Fatality, aisle 7.
