There was a lot of time that passed from Elliot at the support group to waking up on the phone. He lost another night again. Elliot may think he killed Tyrell, Mr. Robot won't tell him what happened but the next best thing may be calling Tyrell to prove he is alive and have him say what went down.
The option for severe mental break with a new personality as Tyrell's voice on the phone is always there.
I think Sam purlosy connected the scenes that way to make you think it was either Tyrell or Elliot/Mr. Robot calling Joanna coupled with that gift she got.
Just sayin.
To me it was Mr. Robot in control and I'd need to see him commit murder to really believe he has that in him.
Tyrell could've easily went ghost after some conflict with Mr. Robot. Go early no reason to blackout so much time if he just killed him and got rid of the body.

She's the lawyer for E Corp. Allsafe was working under/for them. I'm pretty sure they're aware of the I going FBI investigation and persons of interest.I believe its a random act. Madame wouldnt eem know if Gideon intended on telling the FBI everything, only Elliott/Mr Robot would

I don't see that as a big deal. Especially since Tyrell is the one getting the blame for the hack.I don't see any way that Elliot didn't kill Tyrell after what he saw.
He knew there was no way they could ever work together, come on b.
