Seriously. It's not like the Castro has Pride day everyday. There are a lot of good eats there. Lime has a good brunch there with all you can drink mimosas. Same with the TL. It's not as bad as it seems out there. Go to Farmer Browns on Mason and Market. Soul food joint with a good vibe. They got a DJ setup there and they spin hip-hop/soul/r&b.

Also check out Hukilau on Masonic and Geary. Decent hawaiian food with good drinks and they sometimes have live bands play.

Farmer Browns is a great spot...especially if you want to meet some Crazy Horse strippers during their break.
