I found my Air Max 95 that I used for track because they were the only pair of running I had at the moment. I started running with them 2 years ago, I toldmyself not to do it but I need some running shoes and I didn't want to still out of practice. So I said ima run in them for 2 days and get some others onthe weekend, I never stopped running in them because they are really comfortable until they reach their limit.

throw 'em in a pillowcase and throw 'em in the washer.

that's what i'm doin' with my old '99 retro of my neon 95's tonight.

they've almost had it, but i figure i'll try to get 'em clean one more time to rock 'em for a lil' bit longer b4 they're officiallydone and i have to break out my HOA's...

i think i'm gonna try putting some spray & wash onto the white mesh, scrub it in with a toothbrush a lil' bit, in an effort to get it icey whiteagain too...

co-sign, the wear on these is getting bad and you have some deep cuts, good luck though.

haha you wore the heck out of those. i usually throw my beaters in the washing machine (95 neons) and they come out looking brand new.

I wonder if I can do the pillow/washer trick with my Air max Infared 90's. Do I have to use bleach or anything?

You crazy! Go to a Nike store and turn them in for charity/recycling and they will give you like a 20% off Coupon to use in the store

Use people's advice and pre-clean the mesh, throw them in the washer inside a pillowcase, and post some new pics. I'm anxious to see how good these canbecome.

On a similar note, my HOA's got some mud on the mesh of the toe box...nothing overly crucial, just a lil spot...any ideas on how to clean em? Someonesuggested a Tide pen...all help is appreciated...

I know they dead, I just use them as a back-up running sneaks cause they comfortable at times and they been with me in my first year doing track so I justcan't throw them away yet

You should really consider replacing those due to how worn out the soles are. It sounds like the hold some sentimental value to you so don't throw themout, but def. stop wearing them for running.

And mad props for rocking these to (almost)death

Those are the true definition of a beater pair - how you got the soles run down so much without the air soles blowing out or losing air is beyond me lol (theAir units on those still firm?)

You should take people's advice here on the forum & turn them into Nike for that coupon or donate those to charity, etc.

Let them go - running technology has come a long way since the 95s

so you're bound to find some decent other pair that can replace those.
