Just lose the password, delete any logs you may have saved, and you'll be good.

You need to immediately do all of these things.

1. Erase AIM from your computer.
2. Clear all history/cookies related to AIM or AOL
3. Reboot your computer.
4. Reformat your computer.
5. Destroy motherboard.
6. Destroy any and all evidence relating to you logging in to her SN. Even your computer monitor as burn-in on the screen can be left behind.
7. Move out of country.

You should be good after that.
