Wrong mentality to have champ. As far as property and the government is concerned as the saying goes......."pay me now or pay me later"

and that's probably over years of not paying + interest
ohwell.gif

How is he suppose to make a album wit' all these personal issues in his life?!

life issues = great music

and it's not like most of his problems couldn't have been avoided

A sign of things to come from Nasir.

i know this sounds like a stupid question but, how does this just happen? (obviously he just doesnt pay taxes)
but what im asking is, is this dude just getting paid cash for a bunch of shows and he doesnt report, while the person who paid him reports it?
or is he getting paid checks for shows and he never claims it as wages earned?

But its not all looking down for the Illmatic MC. Earlier this month his child and spousal support payments to ex-wife Kelis were cut in half. Originally ordered to pay about $51,000 a month, an L.A. Superior Court judge reduced Nas’s expenses to about $25,000.

I think when you reach his status that would be really dumb to be paid in cash. You're entering into a contract with each venue for a lot of money. The risk of having something go wrong and needing to take it to court versus being paid in cash isn't worth it.

i know waka isnt in nas' level, but i remember there being a video not too long ago when he got paid like 10k in fakes bills

ok, so nas comes to my club and i write him a check for say, 20k. at what point does the irs know what he is/isnt reporting?

Guy is not smart. He had to have known what he was getting into. I'm sure his property taxes were disclosed when he purchased the home.

Either he should have had his finances correct or he should have lived within his means.

No one gets past paying taxes. Pay now or pay later.
