The 2007 NBA All-Star game was played on February 18, 2007--which was when JB athletes debuted the XX2s on-court in the All-Star colourways. After the All-Star break, Joe Johnson only played in 9 games before shutting it down for the season, 4 of which were home games. (The Hawks wore black kicks on the road)

The following season, '07-'08, the Hawks gave their look a major overhaul, and the only time he wore an old colourway PE was during a pre-season game against Charlotte:

The only Air Jordan XX2 he wore on-court in a Hawks uniform was the 'XX2 PE' model in a White/Navy-Red colourway during the first half of the '07-'08 season:

 Wanted to watch this game last night but fell asleep b4 any NBA game played over here across the pond due to time difference...but looking at the highlights the Knicks have definitely gotten a jolt of energy with that trade! Eddie House pulling up and hitting those quick, follow-through-less jumpers and T-Mac playing like the dude of old...I'm really happy for him and New York, finally something to cheer about at MSG

 

26 pts on his debut...some fresh NY Supernatural Creators PEs, a successful rehab period with Tim Grover ( i know it's just one game, much left to see if he slows down- but has any athlete failed a comeback or had bad conditioning after training with this guy!!!???)...Welcome back T-Mac!

 This team actually has a very nice bunch of guys now...Donnie Walsh definitely must be smiling upstairs...an energy-infused, possibly more competitive every night team and loads of cap space (only 4 guys on roster contracted for next year!)..if he does land one of the big 4 free agents this summer, after Danny Ferry wards off Sam Presti (Thunder GM) for GM of the year this season...Walsh if back into the playoffs will contend for the award in 2010/11

^ well true...forgot those, but recently like in the last 2-3 weeks or so they'd been wearing Kobe 4's so that's why I said so....but considering the stability issues that have always been aired about the Hyperize's it could very well be them....

i thought they were talking about the hyperizes....both bynum and gordon wore them....

  

it doesn't make a whole lot of sense since it implies that they were all wearing the same shoe, which i'm pretty sure isn't the case since Rip is with JB.

i looked at pics from the Pistons' last couple games and saw these

It's really good to see T-Mac back on the fray, and breaking some nice NYK Supernatural Creators.. I also agree to some here saying that NYK has got a more energetic bunch lately with the new additions, but the question for me is how far can their energy go? It would be fresh to see them piling up W's even if in the end they dont get a Playoff spot this season.. Their 'resurrection' would make more noise than anything else..

I don't know if it's just me, but I observed that ORL has been wearing black kicks and socks in HOME games lately, and i dont know why....
