I think adidas has given up.  They use the same all star designs every year and don't give a %&%* anymore.  They would put giant 3 stripes and adidas logos on every team jersey if they could.

i think Nash probably has similar deal as Kevin Love.
They will help promote their shoes but are not required to wear their shoes when playing.
Kevin Love wore some weird shoes at the 3-pointer competition but wears Nike at games.

Nash never left Nike, he just has an additional off-court shoe/clothing deal for a company in China.

Different sport, but its similar to what Tom Brady has with his shoe/apparel deals with Under Armour and Uggs.

I gotta laugh at NBA guys who suddenly need to tie there laces at critical points in the game when TV cameras are pointed at them. These guys have the marketing moves well rehearsed! Seems as if the camera guys are onto them tho in the ASG the cameras went into the crowd a lot more spotting celebs
