I miss Steph Flurry. He really seems like he’s lost the hunger or fear. He doesn’t even attack or dribble or do the crazy stuff that made this team what it was. When he’s out there creating mayhem with his dribbling and the attention he draws it makes everyone else so much better. Don’t even want to start on his defense cuz that was just buns. He’s afraid to play hard D cuz he can’t do that without fouling. And he’s opted to basically do nothing instead and it’s truly buns.

In the last 5 years he was amazing to pretty good in the regular season, but in the playoffs just average. He did have a couple of great games of course and I believe he would have earned a finals MVP if it wasn't for KD and game 3 in last year's finals! Ever since that Iguodala starting 5 insertion in game 4 of the 2015 finals, he seems to have a mental problem, when it comes to being the MVP of everything. For example in the 2013 or 2014 playoffs he carried his team, made cluth shots and they came close to beating the Spurs! He must be super unhappy with the fact that he is 2 time MVP, 3 time champion, but never won finals MVP. I do not know all the stats ever in NBA history, but has there ever been a guy that won regular season MVP, the championship and never was voted finals MVP?

So Kobe was just average in the playoffs too?

Real life business doesn’t apply here. Neither you or I are leaving our jobs and taking a massive paycut like KD did. He didn’t leave to better himself

He shot 10/31, had an 8 point lead going to the 4th of game 6, and was less than 5 minutes away from slamming the door on the warriors championship run. He flat out quit when he didn’t get it done.

idk bro, KD is playing the best basketball of his life. coming to the warriors has allowed him to play roles that may not have ever existed for him if he stayed in OKC. his individual and team defense has gotten better, he's able to play off ball more frequently without having to worry if the ball's going to come back his way, and he's managed to play even more efficiently since there's significantly better spacing with GSW and he doesn't have to hunt for contested shots. his shooting %, assists, and blocks have all increased without a significant impact on his scoring.

the fact that he shot 10/31 in that game 6 is even more evidence that coming to golden state was a smart decision for him to grow his game.

I still have the rockets but i wanna see Draymond absolutely bullied by Giannis or Embiid

Lmaoooooo explain. Warriors beat them, all the time. They meet in finals, dubs in 5. Maybe 4.

even if the 76ers lose to the warriors, it's a win-win. warriors gonna bring a trophy home to where it all started

Sometimes you need posts like this to remind you that this thread is crazy and is a hotbed for hottakes, so you gotta ignore some ****

Whos stopping Joel? He will cook that line up....

just some thoughts after the game:

- refs called a decent game
- houston should let CP3 handle more. they might have won but too many times harden dribbled and passed it like a hot potato with barely any time left
- steph played well on defense in the first half, no fouls or dumb reach ins
- warriors team defense :pimp::pimp:
- tired of seeing CP3 complain about every call or non-call
- steph's dunk attempt:rofl::rofl::rofl:no more of that bull **** please
- the game is too easy for KD
- game highlighted that role players/bench players play well at home, while it's the opposite for the visiting time (warriors bench 7 ******* points?)
- too many offensive rebounds for houston
- steph needs to make eric gordon work on defense, letting him off the hook standing on the perimeter and not making him run through screens. gordon's legs was fresh all game
- this is definitely KD's team but steph will always be #1 in the heart of warriors' fans. *shrugs*
- warriors in 5

GG second2nonee second2nonee @HOU$TON pums pums i know yall mustve been sweatin
