I found this cool visualization of player stats.  This is only for the 2009-10 season, haven't found a more up to date one
Head Size = Shots taken
Head Aspect Ratio = Percent of shots made
Arm length = Blocked shots
Leg Length = Rebounds
Eye Size = Assists
Eye Aspect Ratio = Turnovers

edit * Mouth Size= Technichal Fouls, Hand Size= Steals
You can see a mock up for every player in the league here
