Need help locating Padded-Collar Converse All-Stars...

I saw some leather Chuck Taylor's in a Finish Line a few months back that had a padded hi-top collar... I'm looking for them online to purchase thembut it's almost as if they never existed. I've checked every major shoe store site and eBay and there is no sign of them that I can find. Can someonehelp?

They are the shoes in this video, only black...

They could be hi-top versions of the CONS cts, but those are sold only in skate shops as far as i know. Don't know why they're in a footlockercommercial.

They should be a Footlocker exclusive or SMU.

Up north of the border they're pretty much sold out in black and white colorways.
