Need legit check on black grapes v

I need a legit check on these black grapes.Also how can you tell the difference between early release black grapes?

I bought a pair last week, and returned them material seemed off. put the production codes were correct. i noticed some pairs have the black cardboard insert and some dont? im in the process of buying this pair in the pictures below.. thanks for the help
