Doing a paper on Euthanasia and my opinion on the killings associated with Hurricane Katrina. Were they fair or not fair?

Just wanna see NT feels about these "mercy killings"...

I have reasons that I could be for it, and against it (euthanasia in general) , but this is a position essay and I'm having trouble choosing a side.
