Latest reports are saying Hernandez was indeed cooperating. He let law enforcement into his home and the lead detective claimed Hernandez "Was fine. He was there and let us in". I doubt dude is hanging out at the precint, but I dont think he is obstructing justice either. Im sure dude is doing whatever his lawyer suggests. When law enforcement knocked on Hernandez' door this a.m., no one answered.
