ODB gonna ball. AR will not have a huge game. He didn't face any defense close to ours during that six game win streak. He had a bad game against us when we had players that were hurt and not playing.

Going be a great game and I'm rooting on ODB ...good luck Giants fans

Oof, terrible in all facets. Special teams with their heads up their *****.

Special teams was brutal all around

Defense was on the field too much.

Eli showed up and should have been a 10 or 14-0 lead, instead four drops with two drops on the end zone, and the hail Mary play changed everything. Nobody else showed up on offense

200% of the blame goes to the receivers
150% of the blame to macadoo
100% blame goes to special team

I am so ******* sick to my stomach right now

This can not be said enough :{

1046464 things went wrong this game after the first quarter and a half, shame Eli was the only person to show up, he was playing excellent and did his job.

Couldn't run block, couldn't pass protect in the second half, dropped touchdowns, Flowers being embarrassed again. What else is new.

They still won 11 games, and they're a young team outside of Eli. They'll be back next season.

agree with everything said

Now I know the receivers **** the bed yesterday, but I'm here watching GMA and this Greg Stefanopolous(sp?) just said the Giants lose a tough game the day after some teammates party in Miami, showing the infamous pic.

:{ That's sleazy media for you.

Gotta retool and come back better next year. I still want a big receiver/upper echelon TE in this mix, but there are more important holes to fill (paws).

.

Nothing surprises me anymore.

I want the team to address the O line and also want to draft Dalvin Cook

Special teams was basura. Bobby Rainey fielding the kickoff at the 1...srs?

Using Bobby Rainey on 4th and 1...wut?

Eli overthrowing wide open relievers...

Wrs dropping catchable balls...

And the icing in the cake was the hail Mary... Revenge from 2008, can't make that **** up.

Terrible.

I dont wanna hear any blame go to Eli

He was the only one on offense to show up yesterday

All of this. We get a 10-0 or 14-0 lead, who knows what could have happened. Oh well. Time to start looking towards the offseason. Welp!!

Eli threw darts right at receivers hands and they couldn't catch a thing. Giants dominated the game on both sides of the ball for 27 minutes, and should've had a 14-21 point lead.

Can't be up 6-0 and expect to hold Rodgers down for long, guy is amazing and will make things happen. Special teams was a strong point this year, not yesterday.

They never recovered from the hail mary, should've never come down to that play. Packers were lucky the play prior was incomplete, half would've ended if caught.

I agree to an extent about Eli.

On the missed td pass in the first quarter, He unnecessarily threw to Odells outside shoulder, leading him to the sideline. Why? Odell was 1 on 1 with the corner.

He overthrew Odell on one corner route. GB was in a cover 2, so he should have had that dropped the ball in the open area of the zone. Odell was wide open.

Knew it would haunt us when they couldn't take advantage and go up 10/14-0. Defense got too tired and kept allowing long completions right up the middle. We need to go oline in the draft.

Off season time :(

sucks Eli and the game plan attack was on point first qtr. without drops i think we score at least 13 to as much as 21 - 0. that start would have been amazing for our D. offense let us down, that hail marry didnt help for sure. in addition to that 2nd half the online was back to trash we had drives killed by holding by sacks.

the problem is not just the oline , i highly doubt eli dropped off that much from his 35 TD year last year. run game big drop off. 100 yards a game rushing last year on a 6 win team and 87 this year on a 11 win team. you would think winning more games the run game would be better.
i think play calling was completely different. just look at 1st qtr we were creative we passed like 7 straight downs at one point then we were winning 6-0 and seemed like our game plan changed. what did mcadoo think we were going to win 9-0? how do you run on 3rd 11 with jennings no less?

and wing picked a bad day to have his worst game, OBJ ditto.

offseason
i think we are in good shape cap wise, i'm pretty sure even with all the money we spent we had 15-20 mil in cap space(should have been used on a LT!!!!) 2017 we will have 40 mil in cap space i think 50 if we cut DRC and Cruz

defense got better as the season went on but i doubt they keep everyone.

I think they let hankins go and keep JPP. i think pugh gets a new contract. maybe OBJ? might be a good idea to sign him before AB gets his next contract.

If there is a LT that is above avg they must sign him and move flowers to RT. every single game either he allowed a sack or holding which i'm sure killed 98% of those drives. no LT was graded worse than him in all of football. In addition, Eli got rid of ball quicker this season than any season in his career.

sign LT, draft guard in round 1 or 2 if we cut DRC CB in round 1 or 2. LB/QB later rounds. ohhhhhh and a real TE would be nice. lets tune into pats football and see our boy bennett have a great playoffs :(

players that might be cut AP and Julius Thomas. I can see both wanting to join our team.

I think Cruz, Hankins and JPP are all gone. OL needs the most help.

Hankins will be missed. Don't think people realize how much of an impact he made.

Hankins isn't worth the money and they don't need him as much as they used to, JPP is an important piece to keep depending on the price.

No way Cruz is here, they didn't even use him on a lot of snaps in the second half.

yea cruz is not needed we need to put a burner on the other side. Lewis/King are great finds. whoever is finding these WRs needs to get a bonus. the guy finding oline help needs to be fired. and if same guy he needs to leave the picking oline guys to someone else

a QB to keep an eye out for Jerod evans. looks like he is in the draft after only 1 season as QB good be a steal.

cruz jennings cut, saving 10 mil in cap.

FA target: Andrew Whitworth LT highly graded, however 35. get him upgrade right away and hopefully flowers to RT would be upgrade. No tackle combo allowed more pressures than the giants tackles. None

resign JPP not many guys with his talent.

new deals
Pugh
richburg

what do we do about kicker? dont like Gould

draft: guard, TE, CB, DT, QB 3 of those rookies could start right away or early

giants window is next 3 years. they spent a lot last offseason but could have spent more, they went into season with 12 mil in cap space. they better spend all that money

just heard giants only have 2 players under contract age 30+

not happy with signing of Marshall. addressing a strength with the little cap we have. signing a LT moving flowers to guard or RT and bring back newhouse to be backup tackle would be ideal. i think drafting a guard in round 2 and having them compete with hart would be good to replace jerry.

did we sign a fullback to 4 years 18M?!?!?!?!? WOW

I mean what is it? the giants had offense mostly of 3 WR sets. which means no fullback and only 1 TE so what does this mean. it means we gave a guy a contract that will be on the field on goalline runs, 3rd/4th and short. crazy........it would have made more sense if we became a iform team and bring in AP but we are a 3WR set team. i'm lost

I don't see any scenario in which adding a player like Marshall hurts the team. Cruz was good for 1-2 plays a game at most and they needed a veteran receiver out there to make the offense better. It was a cheap 2 year deal and he's a proven player. The WR core is much improved with this addition.

Fuller is a FB/TE who is dedicated to blocking which was a a huge glaring hole last year. The offense needs balance on the ground, so this probably spells the end of Will Johnson and they will draft a receiving TE.

Giants will draft the way they normally do, best available talent first round and probably OL/TE/RB later on.

If there is one thing Reese has been good at all these years, it's avoiding cap hell
