Heat are a damn good defensive team, that's what I take out of this. The Knicks went away from the pick and roll, Amare couldn't take Joel Anthony off isolations but they kept trying anyway.
Knicks not making free throws was killing us too, not to mention the unnecessary double teams on Lebron... if he and Wade beat you from 3 and long range, then nothing you can do about it. But giving up wide open looks to Arroyo and other shooters? It makes it too easy for them.
