From 1B: Yankees got 16HRs, 75 RBIs, 23 - 2Bs, 51-BBs
From LF: Yankees got 15Hrs, 59-RBIs, 26-2B. 73-BBs..
The walks from LF are really good. But everything else is mid-20s ranking.
As I said in the last post, they won't ever be able to replicate Soto's hitting in 1 player.
But if they have massive improvement from what they got in:
130 games of Cabrera, DJ and Berti at 3B
162 of all the guys playing 1B
140 games with Verdugo in LF
1/3 of a season with Grisham in CF
Volpe growing as a hitter in year 3. He got better with contact, worse with power
Then you can replicate the hits, 2Bs, HRs, RBIs. And try to make a small dent in the walks. Don't get me wrong, I'd much rather have Soto for a decade than whatever the Yankees will do offensively, but my worry has decreased a bit. I'm still taking the Yankees out of the AL East
