Newbie to shoe collecting..

Can you guys list some legit mainstream sites that sells nike, jordan, adidas, etc. that don't charge CA tax? So far I only know of Jimmy Jazz and EastBay. 

I'm not interested in specialty sites that sales shoes based on appreciated prices like flight club. I just need some names of normal mainstream stores where I can start following their releases and buy at normal retail. I know the usual suspects like champs, footlocker, etc. But I'd like to know some more sites that don't charge CA tax.

Thank you! That's an awesome list! It would be great if there is an indication next to each site that actually has physical stores.
