But it won't be that way for long.
Percy had a slow start to his career, once he got goin, he became a nightmare. I expect a similar start/result for Austin. When he gets a little muscle on his frame, but maintains his speed, learns the angles, playbooks, etc, it's a wrap.

Couple years later he's almost at 90 for 1,000.
Stop bein a damn homer, I didn't knock Percy, I spoke on how he started compared to what he was a couple years later. I expect the same for Tavon.

That's not a slow start, no matter how you slice it. Yeah, I still struggle immensely with what you're saying.
You rounded up on BOTH his TDs and yards when you brought up his stats two years later, AND you strategically "forgot" to mention his kick/punt return #s in his rookie year, which if you've watched him play even once in his four year career is an obvious giant part of his game.
That's not a slow start, no matter how you slice it. Yeah, I still struggle immensely with what you're saying.

I would love for you to post a list of receivers that had a better first year than him.
8 total touchdowns, 1156 yards on JUST kick returns, and then 790 yards receiving.

Have you ever watched Tavon? He is a factor in the return game just as Percy is and was when he started his career.

Need more proof? Running the ball they gave it to him 15 times his rookie year. (1 a game) 52 times 2 years later. For another 345 yards and a couple more TD's.

Sidney Rice - 8 TDs, over 1,300 yards receiving.
Visanthe Shiancoe - 11 TDs, over 500 yards receiving.
