nah..the picks had nothing to do with arm strength... 

they had more to do with peyton getting beat at his own game..he got outsmarted on both plays...his pre snap reads said one thing, the play happens and the safeties arent where he thought they should be...

both throws were the 'right' throws against the coverage he was seeing pre snap...threw both balls to the area he thought the safety vacated...wasnt actually the case tho
