Hell it seems like Eli should be getting roasted more than he has been. Dude is playing horribly right now! He already has 14 interceptions :x

the picks will keep coming as long as he continues to try to make big plays when they are not there, especially with the limited time he has in the pocket.

Giants have no TE, no DL, no OL, can't run block, turnover prone. Eli has shown what he can do when he has some protection, but the team overall has some rebuilding to do in the trenches.

Packers will sign him to be the back up, Rodgers will get hurt for one game, Flynn will throw for 400 yds 4tds, in the off-season he wil sign with a bad team only to get beat out in training camp by a young athletic qb, thus creating a never ending cycle.

Eli is roasting himself by playing like absolute dog ****.

The whole team is in shambles though.

OL is horrible.

JPP and Tuck are playing like garbage.

Secondary getting cooked.

Run game awful.

Nicks has 1 foot out the door...

Things are not so good in NY right now and it's just about everyone that can be blamed.

The giants terrible game plan of throwing deep on every plan is killing them there bracketing Cruz and forcing Eli to make tough throws underneath and he's been erratic.

out here beating ya chest so hard you're clapping your own shoulders. sit.
Your reading comprehension is just not there i guess.

all im saying is they need to play more aggressive throughout the game. unless they are way behind they have been playing a damn Alex Smith style offense out there. throw the ball more, throw it farther down field.   instead of the conservative runs, draw plays, 5 yard passed on 3rd and 8, etc.

and you can play aggressive without making stupid decisions like going for a 4th and Goal when; A) You have a very POOR running game, and B) it was still the first half, no need to panic only down by 14 against Oakland.

get it now?

i get what you're saying, im just saying you're wrong.

this isn't madden.

sounds like you want no adjustment norv back.
the offense has been run to mask our biggest weakness, the defense. time of possession keeps them off the field, which leads to them giving up less points. the first 4 games we dominated time of possesion. until the D improves, this is the best way to stay competitive.

second, we don't have the personel to do what you want.
starting with an already below average o-line which has now had tons of injuries. yes, theyve played above expectations. but the protection isnt there to have rivers sit in the pocket for 5 seconds and throw bombs.

then theres the recievers. we lost denario alexander and malcolm floyd, cut meachum. outside of gates what legit downfield threats do we have? eddie royal? :lol
VB is 5'11 and missed all of last year. keenan allen is stepping up but he's still developing rookie. ladarius green has that potential but hes still developing and not getting much burn.

we're playing to our personel. for the first 4 games we have been efficient, controlled the pace, and still averaging just under 28 points a game. before last night its been enough to win games, and keep us close in the others. idk what you were expecting coming into this season.

i agree with the second part. in hindsight id rather have 3 points than none. but on the goalline down 14 after getting punched in the mouth i have no problem trying to punch back. i only have a problem not converting.

the chargers just didnt come ready to play last night and the raiders did.

Going to be sad when Kirk Cousins does the same thing to a team in a year.
Agreed. Cousins is one of thr most overrated prospects in the NFL right now.
Flynn to the Texans?
Please stop.
Why not he'll turn Yates or Kennum into a good qb.

Matt Flynn is the best Qb coach in the NFL.

i think we are on the same page more than you think.   i agree keeping the offense on the field is the only way to win, because the Defense is terrible.  which is my complaint.  they play so conservative, almost like they are ok with punting,  like making a 5 yard throw on a 3rd and 9.

or like the game in Tennessee when they were leading with like 2-3 minutes left, and instead of passing the ball and going for a first down that would seal the game, they were content with the conservative run play and punting the ball, which ultimately lost them the game because TEN marched down the field and scored.  and i remember thinking "Why the **** are you content with punting the ball away when your defense has been so bad?"    these are the type of conservative plays im speaking of.   i understand they arent going to bomb the ball every play

Man I wish the Vikings didn't sign Freeman so I could watch Flynn go stink it up in Minny.

Me too...just for JPZ. He's not convinced Matt Flynn that there's 64 other QB's in the league better than Matt Flynn. That's right...backups are better than this bum.

Olson and DeFilippo have done wonders with TP2's throwing mechanics and footwork.

The man could not throw properly at O$U.
