Yo what the hell, the Chargers got the delay of game penalty, called a TO right after and the refs never assessed the penalty from a yardage standpoint... It was 3rd and 10 instead of 3rd and 15. 

The time out was called before the flag by the coaching staff. As a result the flag was picked up
