I don't think Carr lasts past the 1st, so it'll be either one or the other for the Browns unless they take two qbs in the 1st round.

Smokescreen signings. Of course they needed some veteren presence, but this - IMO proves that they're aiming for a QB in the draft.

I think that would be playing it safe in their point of view. If this rookie QB fails, throw this rookie QB and see what happens. I don't recall the Browns having any rookie QB competition since they returned in 99.

I want Manziel...I think the dude will be an Ox.
