A life is a life regardless of football potential.

I suppose if the internet was big-time back when Len Bias passed, it would be about the same. But to me, he doesn't mean more to be because he had the most potential over guys like Bobby Phils or Malik Sealy (they also didn't die as young, but that's not the entire point) and such.

I understand he was loved and probably going to be great, but to me it's something people should move on from. Anyway, don't let me put a damper on this...Carry on...

Yes, and no. A life is a life, sure, but if the 2nd extra in the back of the Sopranos set who had one line in 6 seasons dies, and Tony Soprano himself dies, there's a big difference there worldwide.

Lower level, lesser famous actors die all the time, but when Robin Williams dies, the world notices. Everyone mourns, hurts, feels a loss, even tho they don't know Robin personally.

It sucks that both Sean and Chris are gone, but one was much more known than the other. Doesn't make it right, just the way it is. More people influenced, etc.

Well...Robin Williams had done it for years and wasn't just potentially great, he was great.

Sean Taylor was known from the U...In the NFL he showed flashes, but still died at a point where he had potential. Potential isn't really an accomplishment. The point I'm trying to make without doing so bluntly is that yes, it's a sad story, yes he could have been one of the best, however, it's been many years now. I was sad when it happend too, but now it's time to move on. NT worships the guy, so I'm going against the grain, but there's a thread about the guy every 6 months. Get a tattoo or something.

Pretty much what I expected. :lol

Man the NFL is gonna be *** if they are seriously calling games this tight now. It's a penalty every other play almost :x
