Keyshawn:  "Seattle's a team that's not built to come from behind like that."

hes right though. the packs mistakes and lack of points on turnovers did them in.
Sure, and the Seahawks mistakes' put them behind.  And the Seahawks' defense prevented points on turnovers.  And the Seahawks' capitalized on the Packers' 4th quarter mistakes.

Also Seahawks have made many big comebacks over the last three seasons.  See Houston last year, 49ers in the NFC champ last year, Atlanta and Washington two years ago.

What changed b? :lol :(

I'm on the "SB is a team accomplishment" side so I don't really engage in those conversations. I guess it would be inevitable if they win though.

I was all for it until I realized as much as it would hurt my brothers feelings, not being able to turn on ESPN/NFL Network for nearly 6 months without hearing the subject is worse. Hes so damn annoying with his "Montana is the greatest" and "It's hard to have back to back legends (Young, Montana) " talk but it looks like he could be in another drought of them being WACk anyway so I can tolerate it :lol

Built to come back or can come back? There is a difference

Is there?  I think there are perceptions being made that don't jive with reality.  The Seahawks have a top 10 offense.  In addition, they are a big-play passing offense (though low-volume) and a top defense at getting quick stops and forcing turnovers.  When they need to take the reins off and let the passing game loose in end game situations, they've been extremely successful, esp. with the threat of Wilson's runs.  All that sounds like built to come back to me.

Wilson has 10 career 4th-quarter comebacks and 15 career game winning drives, which is more than Andrew Luck (who is also excellent in these situations and has more of a reputation for it, though it is deserved).  Make no mistake, the Seahawks have an excellent offense.  People perceive it as weaker than it is because it is by choice predicated on running the ball and chewing clock with long drives.

That last line.

I see what you mean though. The way I view it, they're gonna be annoying as hell no matter what after today. Either constant fellatio or end of the world type talk. I'm pretty much in the same boat as a few others in here...reached my limit w/ non-stop ESPN/NFL coverage. I used to not be able to get enough and left the TV on those channels all day, but I can only tolerate it in doses now.

Damn it was tough to watch Suzy Kolber talking about SS on NFL Countdown. Dude was one hell of a man

Damn hope ESPN puts up a vid of Suzy talking about Stu.

Stuart Scott would've been all over ESPN's Super Bowl coverage today and tonight, gonna be weird not seeing him on the post Super Bowl SportsCenter.

Maybe it's because we barely got any X's and O's discussion from the media over the last 2 weeks, but I feel like Seattle's defense isn't getting enough respect for what they are. I don't need the results of this game to know they're already an all-time great group. Packers had FIVE (!!) extra possessions w/ a better overall offense than NE and still couldn't put that game away. Questionable coaching decisions aside, that's a testament to how their level of play is on a different stratosphere than everyone else. It's ain't just the LOB either, they are a machine from top to bottom.

On paper, the Seahawks are a bad match-up for the Pats.

NE is a gameplan team and it's very simple for today. If they can't effectively run the ball vs. this group, it's certain death. There's no other way around it.

Not only will Brady struggle, but I think it's sort of inevitable. They don't have a legit receiver that can take the top off and their bread & butter is intermediate routes, which Seattle is crazy good @ defending. NE gets Bryan Stork back (huge) and they'll need an inconsistent o-line to keep Brady upright. If he gets constantly harassed and planted on his ***, he'll start seeing ghosts and they're ****** just like in every postseason L since '07.

They're gonna need other groups to step up and alleviate responsibilities from the offense. Either special teams or defense needs to make plays and force turnovers. TOS and the field position game is gonna be crucial.

I'd really like a nice clean game w/ no controversies or injuries. No more unnecessary bull ****, just pure football.

Man, **** that noise.

Y'all lost up in that stadium full of window lickers by a point two years ago. Your defense wasn't even close to as good as it is now and even then, y'all didn't have a field stretching receiver.

Russellception has shown that once you put the pressure on his ***, he'll gladly toss it up to the other team. Not one, not two, not three, but four times. With his mediocre receiving corps that feels like running it's mouth at every turn (ol' 800 receiving yard **** boys) locked down, what is he going to do? NOT A DAMN THING.

Billy B won't call a terrible game like that fat *** up in Green Bay, and y'all don't have idiots who will try to be heroes on onside kicks.

Pats - 44, ****birds - 10

Blow the backs out of the 12th man and send them back into their hobbit holes.

****
