Once again, can someone point in the direction that says Josh Gordon's latest suspension is due to a failed drug test for weed.
It wasn't, it was because he was drinking alcohol which apparently he wasn't supposed to be doing "contractually".
Weed, however, is the underlying issue that has gotten this kid into all of this trouble to begin with.
If he has a real problem with substances, then collecting paychecks and traveling all over the country week to week staying in hotels probably isn't the right environment for him to begin with.
If an employer is setting guidelines that an employee is clearly unable to follow, they have the right to terminate them... Why does the NFL have to let JG off the hook every time? I'm sure treatment has been recommended for him but if hes not willing to take care of it then I don't see where those supporting him or he himself have a leg to stand on.
