Nope even with a losing record you gotta stick with chip and hope it works out. After all this turnover and a potential trade for MM8 you have no other choice but to ride it out with him.

Not necessarily. I believe good coaches get the most out of their best players, and still get the best out their worst players as well. Some guys flat out can't do it all, but can perform up to their job requirements if put in the right situation. Plenty of guys under Jim Johnson stepped up because they believed in the system and knew they had a responsibility to do.
Davis is NOT a no-nonsense coach. I don't feel he truly coaches his players up to their best abilities, and the end result is a mostly undisciplined team. Talent can make plays, don't get me wrong, but there are many cases of guys with talent, going to other teams for the money and underperforming elsewhere. Davis is that type of coach IMO...

The system falls under the coach, just as much as it does preparing and disciplining his team for game day.

Gus Bradley had great talent on his Seahawks defense, but they bought into the system and played. I am not saying that talent does not matter on a team to be successful, but good coaching does carry a team a long way..and yes Gus would've been better than what we have with Bill Davis now.
