Eagles/Giants
Niners/Cowboys

I know Goodell and the league was hot and heavy looking at that line up.

I better not see Stephen A in a Niner jersey this week :smh:

While I think the family stuff is overblown (maybe for other reasons), I kind of see him being better next year tbh because he could have a focused offseason without drama or having to be family man.

Brady coming back to New England for his last dance next season?

I can see it
Unless he absolutely falls off completely. I wouldn’t be surprised if Brady tries to play until he’s 50 if he has a starting job available. He’s done winning super bowls though.
Brady is cooked.
Brady?

We got a thread for bro:

(Man that felt good.)

I don't see a world where Tom Brady doesn't leave on his own terms. As bad as he looked, he would elevate the QB play for some of this year's fringe playoff teams like NYJ, Tennessee, Vegas, etc.

Really wanted the Vikings or Bucs in the divisional cause they’re not good but the cream rose to the top, that’s why we have a playoff.

This week is about to be pure chaos :smh:

My initial thoughts on the game:

Dak is going to give it to us at least once.

Brock throws at least one pick worthy pass a game. If he throws that Diggs way, he won’t drop it.

While we’re on Diggs, other than his interception ability, he puts no fear in my heart. I fully expect Deebo to cave his chest in and Aiyuik to route his *** up.

If our pass rush doesn’t get home, it’ll be a long day for us.

I, expect Bosa to go in to this game with a major chip on his shoulder, with intentions of showing that he is better than Parsons. I assume Parsons will do the same thing.

Based on his own standards Thomas is now turned into a Bum. He’s more washed than Russ but I would take him over Russ right now. Marriages break up all of the time so I don’t blame either party for the marriage ending. I hope Thomas realizes that when it is all said and done family is all you have. These “fans” don’t care about you and I hope he works to be the best father that he can be.

Agreed. I haven't followed the family narrative too much but it's strange to me how people keep talking about "He lost his family for this? LOL SMH". I am not sure if it has been reported but did he even have a good relationship with his wife/kids (i.e. him liking them or them liking him)? Plus like you said, uber-wealthy folks, celebrities and athletes get divorced all the time. One partner's over-dedication to their craft can be definitely be a reason but there are a myriad of others as well.

Playing or not, as long as he puts in effort to be there for his kids, I don't see the problem. Like he may have lost his wife because he chose to continue playing but that doesn't automatically mean he lost his relationship with his kids too unless a judge deems so.

I doubt the him wanting to play football was the sole reason their marriage fell apart. It might’ve been a reason. But I doubt it was the primary reason. And if it was, she looks bad imo. Like let the man do what he loves for a few more years. The offseason is well over 6 months long. I’m sure he was involved with all the family stuff. But people get divorced all the time. People drift apart. Life happens sometimes.

Like arguably the best WR1 in the game, a great TE and one of the best RBs in the game? I wonder if a team like that out there needs a QB…..

Tampa literally gave Brady everything he wanted. AB crazy *** after Bruce Bruce said he ain't want him. Gave him Gronk, they moved Bruce Bruce up to the front office cuz he was too tough on Brady.

“This is a very violent sport, and I have my children and I would like him to be more present,” Bündchen told the publication. “I have definitely had those conversations with him over and over again. But ultimately, I feel that everybody has to make a decision that works for [them]. He needs to follow his joy, too.”
Nothing bad about this imo and the man is 45. She technically already "let him do what he loves for a few more years" c'mon man lol

I want Tom to be happy in his life post Football. Go be a father.

Kobe's one redeemable quality he had that made me let up my hate on him was how invested he was as a dad. I couldn't continue to hate a man doing that.

Tom however? He just makes it so easy.
